Tulipa praestans Fuselier
The orange scarlet Tulipa praestans Fuselier is a strong specie. Early in the season you will see the broad leaves come up, from where 3 to 5 flower buds will appear. Tulipa praestans originally comes from the mountains of Central Asia where they grow at altitudes of 3000 meters. Winner of the Award of Garden Merit by the RHS in 1993.
